Livelihood promotion

To secure sustainable livelihood of 140 families from schedule caste community and improve on their living conditions through creating a sustainable model of integrated freshwater aquaculture-agriculture-livestock system with 120 families and ornamental fish farming with 20 families for livelihood enhancement for SC poor women in 4 villages under Patharpratima Developmental Blocks of Sundarbans (South 24 Parganas District) by 2016. of traditional fishers in Sunderbans through validations of existing skills with scientific intervention-DST (Govt.of India)

INSS has started a development program for under privileged people i.e. marginalised minority and other backward classes through the help of G.D.Charitable Trust-Kolkata

Humanitarian and Disaster Risk Reduction

INSS started as a relief organization. We have years of experience in disaster response, management and preparedness. Has received support from Unicef ,LWS, Oxfam India, IGSSS, TdH-Geneva, FdNF-Geveva, Misereor-Germany, CFLI-Canada/ India, MCC-Kolkata,PUS-South 24 Parganas, CRS-kolkata,GD Charitable Society-Kolkata, Cord Aid-Netherland etc.

Rehabilitation programs for Multiple disability

INSS has been started a Multi-Disability program at two Gram Panchayat at Pathar Pratima Block with the help of CBRF/Caritas-German fund.

RCH & HIV/AID

Reproductive Child Health and HIV/AID, a massive Advocacy and Campaign program, supported by Dept. Of Family Welfare- Govt. of West Bengal MNGO-FNGO Scheme (Urban), FDNF-Switzerland. & MEMISA-Belgium (Rural).
